Where do you operate?

We're based in London, England and regularly work across London, Surrey and the surrounding region. Travel requirements and venue access are discussed during booking to ensure smooth logistics.

How do I book SpinSisters for my event?

Start with a quick enquiry to check availability, then we'll arrange a free consultation to discuss music, timings and package options. A deposit secures the date and final details are confirmed before the event.

Can we request specific songs or create a playlist?

Yes — we collaborate with you to build a bespoke playlist and happily accept 'do not play' requests. On-the-night song requests are accommodated where possible to keep the dancefloor engaged.

Do you provide equipment and lighting?

Yes, we supply professional sound systems and adaptable lighting rigs suitable for most venues. We also coordinate with your venue about power, staging and setup requirements.

Can I request a female DJ?

Yes, SpinSisters features a team of female DJs and can match a DJ to your event style and vibe. Let us know your preference when you enquire and we'll arrange it.

Can you act as an MC and coordinate with other suppliers?

Absolutely — we can announce key moments, coordinate timings with caterers and photographers, and help keep your schedule running smoothly. We follow your timeline or work alongside your planner as needed.

What are your payment and cancellation terms?

We provide a written quote outlining deposit and final payment terms during booking, and specific cancellation policies are included in your agreement. Contingency plans for postponements are discussed at the time of booking.

Laura is simply the best! She DJ’d our wedding and made the whole process of getting a DJ so enjoyable. From the initial booking and chats about the vibe we wanted, to absolutely smashing it on the big day! Her attention to detail and genuine care for us really stood out and put our minds at ease. Janice & Lorraine from Spin Sisters were our DJs for our wedding and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They played music that reflected the energy in the room and, more importantly, joined in too by coming and speaking to guests, getting us to sing along, and making everyone feel special. I had seen lots of videos of SpinSisters on social media and was really excited to meet Laura and see if she could DJ at our wedding - she did not disappoint! Laura was so helpful from the outset and completely got what we were looking for. It was such an important part of the day for us (I love having a dance) and she kept the dancefloor full ALL NIGHT. The venue said they never see it that full til the end. I also wanted a sax player and Laura gave me lots of great recommendations which was really helpful. The night exceeded all of our expectations and we got so many "What a party!" comments/messages the next day. Thank you so much Laura!

We hired the Spin Sisters as our DJ for our wedding. It was a long set commencing from 3pm until 1am and we asked Laura Harvey to take us on a musical journey throughout the years, to ensure the music differed from what was played during the wedding breakfast and evening reception. All I can say is WOW! Laura absolutely nailed it and was a huge hit with our guests. Laura was able to test tracks to see what kept the dance floor occupied and absolutely delivered!! Can’t thank you enough for making our wedding so memorable. I will certainly be recommending the Spin Sisters (especially Laura) to all my friends and family for any special events they plan in the future. Thank you so much Laura. :)

Amazing experience with Spin Sisters - excellent organisation before the day and brilliant delivery on the day. We were given a choice of DJ for a birthday party, we picked Amanda and she was fantastic. Amanda took time to understand the event and the venue and was a massive hit with everyone on the night.
